Heatly sells to customers in the United States. We collect only the information we need to take, ship and support your orders, and we never sell your personal information. Last updated: October 8, 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Order details: shipping and billing address, the items you buy and your order history.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, chat or social media.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order
  • To answer your questions and handle returns
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
  • To send you emails about offers and new products, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.
  • To understand how people use our store and improve it

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the store:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout
  • Our fulfillment partner CJdropshipping and shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order
  • Payment processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal
  • Analytics and advertising services such as Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics and TikTok, if we use them
  • Authorities, when the law requires it

Some of these companies process your information outside the United States, including in China, where our products are made and shipped from.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your settings and see how our store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, usually 7 years. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can stop marketing emails at any time. Email support@heatly.us and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, Virginia, Colorado or Texas, you may have extra rights, such as knowing what we collect and opting out of targeted ads. We honor these requests for all US customers.

EU data protection

Heatly is run from Lithuania, so EU data protection law (the GDPR) also covers how we handle your information. We use it to complete your order (our contract with you), to prevent fraud and improve the store (our legitimate interests), to send marketing emails (only with your consent), and to keep tax and accounting records (a legal duty). Besides the rights above, you can ask us to limit or object to how we use your information, or to send you a copy in a portable format. Your information may be sent outside the EU, including to the United States and China, only as far as needed to run the store and deliver your order. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Children

Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
