About us
This store is operated by Ernestas Stonkus, Lankiskes g. 8, Dovilai, Klaipeda District, LT-96225, Lithuania. "We", "us" and "Heatly" mean that business. The store runs on Shopify and sells only to customers in the United States.
Using the store
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for anything illegal, or to try to break, copy or misuse the website.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product details can change without notice. A USB power bank is not included.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund. Payment is taken when you order.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Safe use of heated products
Read the instructions that come with your cloak before using it.
- Use only with a standard 5V USB power bank or USB power source.
- Do not use it while sleeping, and do not leave it switched on unattended.
- Do not use it on infants, young children, or anyone who cannot feel heat or remove the cloak by themselves.
- If you are pregnant, diabetic, have poor circulation or reduced sensation, ask your doctor before use.
- Do not use it if the heating pad, cable or fabric is wet or damaged.
- Unplug the power bank and remove it before washing.
- Stop using it right away if it gets too hot or smells of burning.
Our content
The Heatly name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.
Reviews and comments
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to show it on our store and social media. Do not post anything false, offensive or illegal.
Warranties and liability
To the extent the law allows, products are sold "as is" apart from our return, replacement and refund promises above. We are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you live in the United States, you keep any rights your state's consumer protection laws give you.
